Slightly off dry, the 2021 Ten Vines White is an excellent expression of the terroir of our Ten Vines Vineyard. Vidal Blanc brings citrus aromas and notes to the wine, while Chardonnay adds a lot of body and texture. For a Vidal dominant blend, the wine has a surprising amount of weight too it, which comes from the use of the Chardonnay lees.

A very versatile wine for food pairing, it can stand up to rich creamy dishes, and will handle spicy foods with ease. Low alcohol and crisp acidity make this a wonderful summertime sipper. Highly recommended with barbeque.
100% PCW estate grown: 72% Vidal Blanc and 28% Chardonnay
No malo-lactic fermentation was performed on the Vidal, while the Chardonnay went half way through. At blending, Chardonnay lees was vigorously mixed into the wine to add body and texture.
